dr. midoré was born out of our shared search for the perfect cup of matcha. Our mission is to introduce you to the art (and science) of traditional Japanese tea – from ceremonial-grade matcha to roasted hojicha – so you can enjoy the perfect cup, every day.
We work with farms and tea producers across Japan, who have spent generations perfecting their craft, to bring forward the distinct character of each region through thoughtfully sourced matcha and hojicha.
Our goal is simple: make the perfect cup, and share it with everyone, everywhere.
