Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across all serviceable pincodes in India using trusted courier partners.
If your location is unserviceable, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 4–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

In rare cases where a delivery location is extremely remote and incurs unusually high courier costs, we may reach out before dispatch to confirm shipment.

Failed Delivery / Return-to-Origin

If a shipment is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Incorrect phone number

• Customer unavailability

• Order refusal after dispatch

We’ll issue your refund once the package is received back at our warehouse, minus ₹100 return shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order in real time.

Non-Shipping Days

Orders are not processed or dispatched after business hours, on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.
