5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, fees, and serviceable regions are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delays caused by courier partners or customs are outside our direct control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Liability

All sales are final.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If you receive an incorrect product, or if your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement.

If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued.

Once an order has been dispatched, dr. midoré is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control, but we will provide reasonable assistance in resolving delivery issues.

7. Product Use Disclaimer

Our matcha and hojicha products are food and beverage items intended for general consumption. Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing ingredient information

  • Storing products as recommended

  • Consulting a medical professional if they have allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions

Consumption of our products is at the customer’s discretion.
