Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are consumable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Contains an incorrect item

  • Is lost in transit

Please contact us at drmidore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos.

Kindly use the subject line:
[Return] Damaged / Incorrect Order

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued.

 


 

Failed Delivery / Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Order refusal after dispatch

A refund will be issued once the package is received back at our warehouse, minus ₹100 to cover return shipping charges.
